The web site does not indicate if items are in stock, but they answered my email inquiry about availability in about 24 hours. My order was acknowledged promptly by email, I was notified when it shipped and I had the parts in about 3 days. One item was backordered, and they kept me appraised of its status and offered an opportunity to cancel it. Overall, I was very happy with the service, the price and the quality of the fittings. I would order from them again.
